Our Clinical Review Messaging solution assures that your members are kept informed of the progress of their clinical review in real-time.

Members receive notifications addressing each step of their clinical review’s status. The notifications include the initial notification that the claim requires clinical review, which is followed by status updates from an initial message that the clinical review has not yet been initiated to a message once the clinical review is in progress. They then receive final status of the clinical review: Approved, Partial Denial, or Denial.

This solution reduces member confusion, while ensuring their peace of mind through up-to-date information on the progress of their clinical review.
