In response to growing requests from clients, EmpiRx Health is now partnering with an experienced international pharmacy network solutions provider to offer a full range of pharmacy care services to patients when they travel internationally. EmpiRx Health’s new international partner, PharmCare Services, provides comprehensive pharmacy solutions and support backed by a network of clinics and pharmacies across Latin America and Europe.
PharmCare Services’ pharmacists and clinicians work with international clients to provide highly personalized care to their patients, ensuring that they receive the right medications at the right cost. Through this new international partnership, EmpiRx Health is now providing its pharmacist-led pharmacy care services to PharmCare’s clients when they travel to America. As part of the partnership, PharmCare is now offering its wide range of pharmacy services to EmpiRx Health’s clients and members when they travel throughout Latin America and Europe.
In addition to its international prescription drug program, including specialty medications, PharmCare offers concierge-level services and support to patients to ensure their health and well-being. These specialized support services include medication management, adherence programs, and patient counseling. PharmCare also provides patients with ongoing care coordination and monitoring to ensure that their medications are working as intended.
