With this solution, members receive different notifications as their clinical reviews are in progress. These messages address each step of their clinical review’s status. The notifications include the initial notification that the claim requires clinical review, that the clinical review has not yet been initiated, and that the clinical review is in progress. Members will also receive notification regarding the final status of their clinical review—whether it has been approved, received a partial denial, or a final denial.
